Week 8, Day 6
AM: Fartlek Run
- 5 min: Warm Up Walk
- 4 km: Zone 2 Run
- (20 sec threshold, 1 min easy) x 6 times
- 2 km: Zone 2 Run
- 5 min: Cool Down Walk
PM: Rest

Week 7, Day 7
On my first official race day, the wind was breezing, cold, and early morning showers; it was about time.
