@JioCare You guys are pissing me off since 3 days. Upgraded my jio fibre for ott plan. Paid the money, plan activated but did not provide the STB so far. Called the customer care 8 times, 4 installation appointments scheduled, last one being TC000002GVNU. Nobody visited so far.

I have raised a complaint yesterday night regarding the recharge for a friend issue. Till now there is no response from your team. I already called the CC 2 times and send 2 emails. Please fix the issue ASAP. I need my hard earned money back.

@JioCare I haven't recharged for my post paid number.. Your MyJio App did that.. I have selected the exact number needed. But it recharged for my postpaid number. Now you are telling that i need to use that prepaid plan in my post paid number.. Ridiculous 🤦♂️
