@LeedsCyclists 15 yrs ago in March 2006 LCC published options for delivering access for all at Skelton Grange road bridge. Sadly nothing happened. A second chance to ditch the steps at a stakeholders meeting on March 12. Please fix it this time for people + planet @helenhayden01
