Sold my car to Cardekho gaadi in April 2019. After repeatef promises to transfer RC within a month of sale they haven't done it over last 66 months. Just these shallow emails. Customers Beware of such hollow promises. @CarDekho @gaadi

Dear Car Dekho Gaadi, Forget 180 days, I have been waiting over 4 years now since early 2019. Ownership still not transferred, no concrete response on the status despite repeated emails. Sad state of affairs @gaadi @CarDekho

@awa_neel It takes about 180 days for the ownership to get transferred to the new buyer. This might vary depending on the finalization of the end buyer and the RTO requirements. However, you do remain covered under the indemnity provided in your T&Cs from the time you sell the car.
