I spent months creating content consistently and wondering why it wasnโt getting the response I expected.
Then I realized something important:
I was creating content to impress the algorithm, not to help real people.
My mindset changed when I stopped asking:
โWhat kind of content will go viral?โ
And started asking:
โWho needs this information right now, and what problem can I help them solve?โ
My first post created from that perspective barely got any engagement.
Just a few likes.
But one of those people became a potential client.
That taught me something Iโll never forget:
Content isnโt about reaching everyone. Itโs about reaching someone who actually needs what you have to offer.
A thousand random views may look impressive.
But one person who sees your content, connects with your message, trusts your expertise, and decides to work with you?
That can be far more valuable.
So before you create your next post, stop asking:
โHow do I make this go viral?โ
Ask:
โWho am I creating this for?โ
Speak to their pain.
Solve their problem.
Answer their question.
Give them a reason to remember you.
Donโt create for everybody. Create for the person who needs you.
