Hey @SwytchBike — I didn’t want to go public with this, but I’m out of options (and patience). A year after I ordered it, and after a five-month delay past the promised delivery date, a GO conversion kit finally arrived… to my old address — and with the wrong wheel axle size.

I had tried to cancel the order back in June, when I realised I wouldn’t be around for delivery, but was told it wasn’t possible “because it was already on its way.” (By tortoise, I assume, since it arrived five months later.)
