इस बार सरकार ने 836 अफसर मांगे, UPSC ने केवल 761 लोगों का लिस्ट जारी किया 75 सीट रिजर्व रख लिया.पिछली बार भी यही खेल हुआ था और ओम बिरला की बेटी का चयन इसी रिजर्व लिस्ट में हुआ था.आखिर यह खेल क्या ह���? UPSC कहेगा यह नियम है,लेकिन सवाल है कि यह नियम क्यों
