@comcastcares i won’t stop tweeting unless I get a reply from a real person. Totally frustrating even after upgrade. All you want is take money when people are distressed.

@comcastcares more than a day long outage still unresolved zip code 95050. Cannot work from home with internet being down. Just a few days ago I upgraded to Blast pro for $150 per mo. And now just outage and nothing else. Help.
