@startrack 1KKZ00430095 yesterday's cust svc rep said he'd email me today to confirm delivery to GPO in 2220. Nothing rec'd yet.

@startrack So sender arranges delivery to GPO, ST reattempts home delivery?!?... Cust svc now says road freight can't go to GPO. Will I ever get it?

@auspost had a missed delivery - ST could only offer depot pickup (2hr drive) or redelivery (while i'm at work). Can't drop at post office or locker.

@startrack After 1 failed delivery, choice is either redeliver when im at work or drive 2hrs to depot. Poor options. Asking sender to find new courier.

@startrack I really don't get why an @auspost business won't deliver parcels to a parcel locker or post office. Express service sucks!
