@hayleey_j Hi Hayley, Ted here.
If you don't mind DMing this delivery's consignment number, I'd be happy to check what the system says about its specifics.
@wcoronado Hi William, Ted here.
StarTrack Courier is a separate entity from StarTrack. As such, it's best to address feedback regarding StarTrack Courier deliveries to StarTrack Courier directly.

@LifeOfLindan Hi, Ted here.
"Ready for Pickup" means pickup from the sender. Basically, it means that while StarTrack has been advised that the parcel exists, it hasn't been released to us yet. Only the sender can tell when they plan to do so.
@SailorEm Hi Madam, Ted here.
The parcel attached to this consignment number does have an existing case in the system. For verification purposes, are you able to DM the contact number associated with that case?
@jwelchnz Hi Joseph,
I'm sorry to hear that this delivery has turned into such a hassle. When you spoke with StarTrack, you should have been issued a case number. Have you got that handy? -Ted
@SailorEm Hi, Ted here.
We don't initiate private contact on Twitter, but if you'll DM the parcel's consignment number, I'd be happy to check what the system says about it.
Failing that, we can be emailed at [email protected], or contacted via our website or Facebook.
@LDNFLDS Hi Grant,
Most StarTrack deliveries take place only during business hours. As such, if you've got this parcel's consignment number handy and don't mind DMing that, I'd like to look into why this one appears to be different. -Ted
@LHillzy Thank you.
The best thing to do in this instance would be to contact the parcel's sender directly. From its scans, it is being held because it was damaged (got wet) during transit. The depot has notified the sender and currently awaits their reply. -Ted
