Things to ask after your session

Did you follow the plan?
If yes → it was a good trading day.
Did you analyze the trade based on the outcome?
If yes → ignore it completely.

Did you evaluate or question your strategy based on the latest outcome?
If yes → ignore that too.

Stop punishing yourself for doing the right thing.

Following the plan = success.
Outcome = variance.
You don’t control outcomes.
You control execution.

And stressing over what you don’t control
will consume you — even if you’re a billionaire.
