Hey @DoorDash_Help@DoorDash I ordered a gluten free pizza. I received someone else’s order with regular pizza crust and all different toppings. If I would have ate what I received I would have been violently ill. I’ve been denied a refund 3x by specialists. I’m appalled.
@DoorDash_Help .@DoorDash_Help I’ve already done that - which I’ve already indicated in this thread. No one responded to my DM and it’s been over 24 hours. Stop sending me generic messages and do something.
Hey @chicagotribune you should write an article about how @DoorDash / @DoorDash_Help repeatedly denies its customers refunds, even when they receive the wrong order which contains an item that would make them ill due to a food allergy. This isn’t right.
