@sainsburys received my food delivery today & both packs of bell peppers are already rotting. I'm am not sure how the packing staff did not notice this. Each pepper is rotting. This is unacceptable. Whom do I need to contact in regard to getting a refund?

Does anyone know, how long @CamdenCouncil can leave a home without any heating? We live in a highrise without cladding which use to help & have been without heating since Thursday. Have been told no-one will repair until Wednesday. It so cold I swear we can almost see our breath.

@sainsburys This hygiene products was like this, if I'd seen it when packing my delivery, I wouldn't of accepted it, this was tucked in to a bag with some ham. Its fully open & no longer hygienic to use, who knows whats touched it, it's heading straight for the bin. #unacceptable

@virginmedia WTH is going on? my Internet has been cutting out since Thurs evening & now it's not working at all. Your phone lines say there is an issue but your status website says there's not. Cant seem to even book for an engineer to come out. Need to work from home #outraged

@virginmedia I finally have service today, albeit very slow but my upload speed is currently 2.58Mbps. It has been incredibly low all morning. I am unable to connect to any video calls & meetings. What needs to be done to get the upload speed back up? #urgent #WorkFromHome
