After spending so much time talking to reps at the airport I KNOW I’m not the only one very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

After 4 CANCELLED flights, 3 extra days of travel, confirmation from Iberia support prior to booking hotels, and calling back multiple times (because they love to hang up on you), I still have not been reimbursed for one hotel.
