@AirIndiaX Thank you for noting my protest. I observed one thing Peculiar only to AIX is that 7 KGs is limit includes both Hand Bag and Laptop Bag.

Almost all other airlines have this 7 + 3 Kgs rule. So if you have this USP, Advertise it properly!

Dear @airindia, Pls fly to all Dom destinations or cancel Codeshares with @AirIndiaX . We just had the worst ever experience being a silver member, even after having baggage within Allowance. Harassed at multiple points for a laptop bag apart from cabin bag.

@DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI Being a frequent traveller since 20 years, Many airlines including @airindia voluntarily gate check-in the bag for quick boarding but never open the bags at the aero bridge for checking contents.

Never expected this from @AirIndiaX.

When after all the fuss, they finally took the cabin bag for gate check in, couple of guys rounded up at the aero bridge, opened the bag to check contents on the aerobridge.

This plight happened with a blind female pax travelling alone.

@ProteanEgovTech I didn't get any update from the relevant team. I had to call the helplines multiple times only to be intimated that the DSC based appl didn't appear in the system and hence asked to mail for refund and re-apply through FC.

Reapplied & got the correction processed. Refund recd.

@ProteanEgovTech While the TAN application is processed last week, PAN correction still says No Records Found. Due to this issue, a GECL loan of the person is stuck. Who will take responsibility for this delay?

Providing Quality Service in India is a Joke. @allcargogati had assigned my pick-up request to a person who has apparently left pick ups 4 years ago! The current guy has no information about the booking.
