Mogadishu does not need a war. It needs peace, stability, and progress. After decades of conflict and insecurity, it is wrong to drag the city back into violence.

Somali politicians, including the President, must put the nation above political rivalries and power struggles. The people deserve peace, not more conflict.

I support the independence of Somaliland and its right to self-governance based on the will of its people. However, I oppose any foreign recognition, particularly by Israel, as it is an administration accused of hostility toward Islamic countries, interference, and contributing to the destruction of several nations such as Palestine, Syria, Yemen, and Iraq, and whose actions do not align with the interests of the region or the values of the Somali people.
