@ThinkAppraiser It all depends on the immigration situation. More immigration, increasing property values. Less immigration, flat or declining values. Fertility rate won’t magically recover so it truly depends on whether the population grows through immigration.

@tmaxftw Well, some of the best land for growing vegetables in FL is now condos and neighborhoods pushing a large % of winter production to Mexico. You won’t get the land back, but you could remove the tariffs and that would have an immediate effect on prices of vegetables.

@georgescruggs9 @texasrunnerDFW I’ve discovered renting and it’s amazing. Not millennial tho. A Gen X who wants mobility and options. I used to be in Home Depot every weekend trying to keep up with fixing things/improvements. Now i have more time to do stuff I actually like and I’m able to save/invest more.
