Just learned new things about iPad accessibility! I had no idea that the iPad has a feature called live listen. iPads also have assistive touch that are very helpful for students who may struggle using the touch screen. @AT_CCSD @ITSCCSD #ccsdconnectED22

@TLove55505491 This is so important. We do spend too much time not writing. Many times, things are typed which I also disagree with. It should start out handwritten and then a final draft could be typed. Just to practice all the skills. I feel like we are losing so much when we don’t write.

The BEST idea ever! Put a Draw-It slide as the first slide in your @Nearpod presentation! Gives the kids something to do while they are waiting on the others to login. The kids loved it!

@MissBLBurns I do think that goal setting is important cross-curricular because the students will then be responsible for their own learning through the goals they have helped to set.

@CainionJoy This is a great quote! We do have to know our students which comes with knowing their interests and types of things they enjoy reading. Using a getting to know you activity is a great way to do this. Which activity will you use in your own classroom to get to know these things?
