@British_Airways we have had a bag missing in LHR T5 for two weeks now - our Apple Airtag shows it has moved to near T3 now but no-one will help us find it. Car keys are in there so soon we will need to get a new set and charge BA for them, costing £1.5k+. Please help

@JBrokenshire I was born in Bexley, lived there for 40 years but now reside abroad with my EU wife and British kids. I am dismayed that we lose our right to resettle back in the UK. if this bill passes. She lived and worked in the UK for 18 years but it counts for nothing sadly

@HammersUnited2 From being smack in the middle behind the goal from the first season of the BML at the Boleyn to this current season (so 25 or so years in total) I've now been moved off to the side past the six yard box. Not a bad view compared to some but not really happy at all

@British_Airways I applied for a refund for a cancelled club world flight a week ago and it still says it is processing...any idea how long it will take?

@British_Airways appalling that I cannot cancel or get just credit for our upcoming club world flights to Dubai. We`re loyal BA travellers (both Silver members) but Lufthansa, Emirates and even Easyjet are treating their customers so much better than us, who booked early.
