@Avis It took over an hour in the end. Hugely frustrating as all I could hear were Avis staff members trying to “upsell” further offers which caused at least 50% of the delays. Will send details via PM separately.
@Vodacom111 I am not sure what else I can do. I phoned numerous times, emailed dozens of times, gone into your Vodastore at V&A Waterfront a few times (who filed actual printed paperwork) :( :( :(
DEAR @Vodacom111, I have tried for the past 7.5 months to cancel my contract... unsuccessfully. My contract expired Nov 2018 and I have spent days dealing with your customer care team trying to get it cancelled. Instead, I just noticed that you billed me for December 2018 :( :(
OK @KauaiSA so I LOVE that you don’t serve plastic straws anymore 👌🏽����🏿 but it would be even better if you offered recycling bins for all the nasty plastic smoothie cups! Baffled that you only have normal rubbish bins...
