Attending the “Talent Without Limit” Career Fair yesterday was a powerful reality check.
Diversity is more than a buzzword; it’s a strategy. Seeing the immense drive within the PWD community highlights how much potential the corporate world misses due to avoidable barriers.
Yesterday, we joined Amani Sasa to run/walk in honor of International Women’s Day. Here’s to the women who don’t just lead, but empower everyone around them to rise.
Happy Women’s Day!

Yesterday, I had the genuine pleasure of being invited to the event marking 13 years of partnership between Makerere University and the Mastercard Foundation, a powerful celebration of a legacy built on profound impact.
Spent Saturday at Makerere University discussing mental wellness, inclusion, and safeguarding. The session targeted international students, those with disabilities, and refugees who face a unique "stress stack" from academic pressures amid displacement and belonging challenges.
Religion itself is beautiful; we humans just have a thing for ruining anything beautiful or has the potential to be. The problem isnt just religion and illiteracy put together, it is our heavy dependency on religious leaders and consuming whatever they preach with questioning it.
Some literate people who should have more access to information and should be better exposed to discern and reject flawed practices mishandle religion far worse than the illiterate ones.
The problem is many people blindly rely on pastors/priests for faith guidance and scripture interpretations rather than taking time to read their Bibles or simplly discern whats preached.
No one judges us more than we judge ourselves. Half of the times, it's all in our heads. And no one is paying attention to us, as much as we would like to think.
Grateful for a fulfilling year, now signing off for a well‑deserved Christmas break to recharge.
Wishing everyone joy, peace, and renewed purpose in 2026! 🎄✨

If you can bear with that initial anxiety that comes with anything new, ride that wave of anxiety but don't let it stop you. Because when you do, you miss the growth that comes with taking a risk and pushing beyond the thing that makes you uncomfortable."
— Michelle Obama
"Fear is there for a reason. I always say there's the good fear that keeps you safe, but you just don't want to overindulge the fear that keeps you stuck. There are a lot of people who don't experience, don't try, don't grow because they're afraid of the unknown.
