How is @UberEats going to charge me a $35 cancellation fee on a meal that wasn’t even $35? I have no options to change address-only to contact the driver who I was willing to tip a good tip to bring it. (Uber suggested to message the driver via app support suggestions) when my driver said “I won’t read your message”. I talked to two different reps both unable to help when I just wanted to reorder to the right address.

I had no option to contact support. Contact driver, continue order or cancel were the only options I had in the app, till I canceled and could contact support. Don’t use uber eats yall that’s actually crazy. I ordered at 3pm , contacted the driver at 3:01 contacted support at 3:06 but the merchant immediately accepted my order and if you cancel after that you’re screwed. lol. DON’T USE UBER EATS.
