I've gotten multiple automated messages in the past 3-4 weeks saying that there are no agents to answer the phone because it's outside of business hours and the bot automatically hanging up my call! The 24/7 customer service is a lie. You should fix that.

1) They called my inactive line (literally no activity in the call log for 2 months) instead of the line I originally called on.
2) They picked a date outside the 14 day return window, and said don't worry when I pointed that out.
