I think that’s largely a hardware issue though as my best machine has 48gb of RAM with the Apple M4 pro chip

@superwhisper Using superwhisper has been a game changer.

The only improvement I would love is some formatting, like breaking the dictation into paragraphs.

Sometimes I talk a lot and then spend time writing to fix the formatting

Despite this, I love using it.

@Markmanson I think about this often, my great grandmother moved to the US over 100 years ago with my great grandfather. Just them and their first son.

No support, they just figured it out.

It helps ground me whenever I feel stressed about things, we're living in great times.

Anyway, I love seeing other outdoorsman in tech, I feel like there aren’t that many of us.
