We’re so frantic back here we can’t think straight, witches. So once again we’re forced to post on withdrawals in groups rather than individually as we always used to do.

This extraordinary busi-ness is for several reasons, but a big part is that companies witches are contacting are now so desperate to distance themselves from the K and J program they’re replying to us non-stop both to dispute their ads were heard, and to demand we remove them from our FOE lists because they explicitly told ARN/KiisFM their ads were NOT to be played. A number of them (including Peter’s Ice-cream and Compare the Market) are even insisting ARN/KiisFM are replaying the *advertisements* from last years shows, as well as some of the show’s content (which is 110% untrue and shows a level of desperation to distance themselves from the carnage even we didn’t anticipate).

As we said earlier in the week, much of this anger has been directed at us and our hard-working witches who contact them, and to be fair some witches are also getting tetchy with us because the replies these companies send to us sound so definite and so damn annoyed. But we’re sure the ads are being heard as we record them, and we’re doing nothing more than letting companies know so they can ensure they’re not associating with the filth Kyle spouts. It takes us so much time to respond to these companies listing all the dates and times their ads are being heard, but we have to do this because we refuse to be framed as liars.

As we’ve also said before, they should THANK us for this service, not attack us and our supporters. But if they do withdraw and stay out, we’ve no choice but to forgive them for their irritation and (in some cases) even their borderline abuse.

And ultimately, all this is good news for the campaign since ARN/KiisFM are now openly playing multiple ads and advertisers against their express wishes, which only proves to highlight their panic and desperation.

The responses below are from four companies now out, and we thank them. They are @NotreDame, @FoodlandSA (first heard only earlier this week), Shoes & Sox (also first heard only last week) , and Peter’s Ice-cream (Peter’s are certain their ads haven’t appeared as previously stated, but since we sent them the dates and times of their ads it seems they’ve had to admit we were right).

None of these companies have been advertising for very long, so we do sincerely thank them for acting quickly on this. And we do understand a couple of these withdrawals don’t LOOK like withdrawals, but as their ads haven’t been heard since they wrote to us, we’re taking them at their word.

This campaign is working so well, fellow pearl-clutchers. Yet we won’t stop till advertisers stop funding this foul content.

The new K and J slogan “Listen Now, We’re Behaving” appearing recently on buses, trams and other advertising material around Melbourne would be hilarious if not so fucking dangerous, witches.

As it highlights the desperate war ARN/KiisFM are now engaged in to get rid of us and woo back an audience which hates them and wants them to FRO forever.

For those wanting to truly understand what they’re now doing, this is a crucial post. It explains how ARN/KiisFM are now trying to discredit and shame MFW and force us to stop, and why that’s the LAST action we can afford to take.

Because like abusive, controlling men everywhere, all involved at ARN are trying the old “We’re sorry, we’ve changed” fake contrition trick and like survivors of such abuse everywhere, the worst thing we could do is believe them.

Like Alan Jones and many others, Sandilands has already had way, way too many chances. He’s faced numerous punishments for his verbal violence without any effort at change or contrition. Worst of all, he laughs at or berates those criticising him, then goes right back to it.

Here’s proof. Back in 2011, Sandilands told a woman journalist: “Fat slag ... you’re a piece of shit. You haven’t got that much titty to be wearing that low cut a blouse. Watch your mouth girl, or I will hunt you down.”

The article is fascinating because it not only highlights Sandilands’ total lack of contrition, but also spells out how a consumer boycott was attempted in 2011, too, but after it petered out (as most such actions do as they rarely have our collective guts and resolve) he went right back to his woman-hate. It was just 2 years later (in 2013) he asked a 13-year-old about her sexual experiences live on air, and his unrelenting put-downs of women have never abated since.

Even worse, he and his ARN bosses carefully planned their move into Melbourne last year to feature a huge up-tick in sexually demeaning content to attract listeners, deliberately using our bodies to grow their audience via shock and filth.

And NOW they say they didn’t mean it and they want another chance? NO FUCKING WAY.

EVEN if Kyle and Jackie say they’ll now “behave”, we can’t stop since we all know what will happen if we do. And EVEN if they tell advertisers our future boycott is unfair because they’ve reformed, we must hold to the truth: they’ve had far, far too many chances already. Just like abuse survivors everywhere, we’re stuck in a cycle of violence here which will never cease till we get rid of the abusers forever.

So don’t slow down, witches. Don’t believe them. Don’t let ARN/KiisFM use a DARVO response (Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender: google it if you need to) towards we witches when we refuse to give in to their new lies like “good little girls” would traditionally do. Fuck that noise.

We are here for the long haul, and those narcissistic shitwankers should take careful note: don’t terminally and repeatedly piss off a witch.
