Latest from Crimea: No power. No fuel. No internet. Cards don’t work — transactions just die. Stores are selling birch‑sap “juice”… meaning sugar, water, citric acid. That’s the level now.
Everything looks absolutely miserable. And the conclusion is brutal: Tourists who came to Crimea can’t leave by car. So they’re selling their fresh, modern vehicles to locals trying to escape — for $800 to $1,000. Cars from 2024, going for pocket change.
So yeah, if you want a cheap car, Crimea is the place. Whether you make it back out? Different question entirely.

While the world watches the war, the Islamic Republic of Iran hanged a 19-year-old boy today.

His name is Erfan Esfandiari and he was his parents' only child.

He did not kill anyone. He did not carry a weapon. His crime, according to the Islamic Republic, was opening a door. Sheltering protesters who were running from security forces. That was enough to send him to the gallows.

Erfan was one of 12 young men in the Alikhani Square case in Isfahan, arrested during the January 2026 uprising. Yesterday, all 12 were moved to quarantine. Today, the Islamic Republic hanged him.

This is a government that is so terrified of a generation that refuses to be silent, that it executes teenagers for the act of compassion.

Say his name. Because the regime is already trying to erase him. Because his mother and father are left with nothing, not even the right to grieve loudly.

We continue to respond to Russian strikes in a fully justified and accurate manner. Today, Ukraine’s long-range sanctions reached designated targets that support and finance Russia’s aggression. SSU units struck three oil depots in the Stavropol region at once, while units of our Armed Forces hit another fuel facility in the same region. Direct hits were recorded on three Russian shadow fleet tankers in the Black Sea. I thank every one of our units that is helping spread the realization in Russia that this war must end. ❗️Ukrainian Defense Forces eliminated Russian soldier Artem Belykov from the 37th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the RF, who is suspected of shooting civilian cars in the Kyiv region. He died on June 27 from wounds in a hospital in occupied Mariupol. The Prosecutor General’s Office suspects him of war crimes.

This area of Kyiv has repeatedly come under russian attack. After previous strikes, the neighborhood had been gradually recovering. But last night, another russian attack brought new destruction.

Residential buildings were damaged, a shopping mall was hit, a massive crater was left in the middle of the road, and an underground pedestrian crossing was destroyed.

In a rare interview with Israeli media, former Saudi Air Force Major General Abdullah bin Ghanés Al-Qahtani warned, “What Iran is doing in the region is extremely dangerous. It is directed against the region itself.”

We all have nightmares, or those all-too-realistic dreams where you try to wake up but can't. You jolt awake in reality, yet your consciousness still feels like it’s asleep-your heart is pounding, and you're drenched in cold sweat. It’s okay; it’s just another dream. But sometimes-or even more often, the videos of war from different cities across my country are so overwhelming that you don't even know what to share and what not to, as they all tell the same story.

A nightmare… the drawn-out suffering of Ukrainians. Today it’s one city, tomorrow another. Today it’s a woman and her child under the rubble of their own home; tomorrow, an elderly couple. A wife goes to the store during the day, and upon returning, finds part of her house gone and her family trapped under concrete slabs. Is this a dream or reality Sometimes the brain loses its grip when the cup of sorrow has long been overflowing. Is it even worth mentioning the name of the city in the video when this is what a certain part of Ukraine looks like-when russian missiles could appear over your city at any moment simply because the russians call it war? The video shows the city of Zaporizhzhia, which is increasingly becoming a target for russian soldiers, and the goal… their goals remain the same.

Overnight, Ukraine's Defense Forces once again targeted the Mikhailovskaya oil depot in Russia's Stavropol region, marking the third strike on the facility.

The depot serves as a major fuel distribution hub for southern Russia, storing large volumes of fuel before supplying the Lukoil gas station network.

In temporarily occupied Yalta, Ukrainian drones reportedly hit an electrical substation, causing a power outage.
Explosions were also reported in temporarily occupied Luhansk, according to local sources.

Meanwhile, in Kursk, a Russian electronic warfare system apparently malfunctioned, redirecting a drone into a residential apartment building.

Horrific aftermath of Russia's ballistic missile attack on Kyiv.

The city suffered extensive damage across multiple districts.

One person killed, seven more injured.

Residential buildings, an office building, vehicles, a dormitory, warehouses, a supermarket, and the entrance to a metro station were damaged.
