And when we start off with a scene of Neytiri teaching tuk how to shoot an arrow in a4, just like how jake taught neteyam or its her having a shot like her mama in a1 I WILL be seated ☝🏿
“eywa has a path for you though she chooses to conceal it you just trust in her” the way neytiri is teaching kiri the same spiritual patience her mother taught her. she knows kiri is destined for something massive but she’s trying to keep her grounded in faith.
neytiri was so calculated for this... she knew it was the night and she made sure she looked gorgeous for him. the straight hair was the finishing touch on her plan to lock him down for good. she knew he didn't stand a chance the moment she stepped out like that
The more I think about it, the more I realize that the only reason why Jake and Neytiri kept Spider at a distance because, it was not only Neytiri hatred towards human, nor Jake skepticism, it was fear!
Fear of what Spider might become. His father!
i said this before i'll say it again If tsu'tey was alive atwow would've been resolved in 30 minutes bc he would've kirked quaritch the second he tried to touch his nieces and nephew 💆🏻
it’s the way she looks so dead here that makes it terrifying. neytiri is usually the most formidable force on the battlefield, so seeing her down like this really set the stakes for fire and ash. the writers are truly sick for playing with our emotions like this.
it was so cute seeing tsireya talking about lo’ak with such enthusiasm and love, she was so excited to share all the little details about him and to brag about him to her spirit sister. lo’ak will never be alone as long as this girl’s breathing.
I love that the visual dictionary specifically calls out Neytiri continuing to wear war paint patterned after Seze. It feels like such a beautiful tribute to her first ikran, her home in the forest, and her Omatikaya heritage. Like it's another reminder of what she's fighting for
