@Mommyof2Aliens They are not sufficient to stream on. You really need a Ryzen 5 or Intel i5 CPU paired with a dedicated GPU and at least 8GB (preferably 16GB) to stream modern games at decent frames per second.

I can tell you that you definitely need a dedicated GPU in order to stream efficiently. While AMD APUs are better than Intel integrated graphics (part 1)
