My @myntra woes are unending.@MyntraSupport realised their item is defective, ordered a refund after which I spent 10 days chasing their Ekart executives who rescheduled my pickup for 10 days before cancelling. Now their app says: DELIVERED with all open tickets RESOLVED! CHEATS
@MyntraSupport You had sent me a defective product. It has been close to 10 days and your delivery agent (EKart) keeps on rescheduling pickup. It has been close to 20 days since I have bought this product and am still stuck with it. @myntra is the WORST etailer I've dealt with
That's the reason why @amazonIN simply trumps all.I endeavoured (rather foolishly) to shop for Oakleys on @myntra only to receive the package 2 days late with an accessory missing. @MyntraSupport asked for 3 days to get it sorted and on the 3rd day asks for 3 days more.Pathetic!
