@gtbank_help @gtbank Hello! On 13/10/22, I got debited twice despite that payments were declined. I got some goods and paid with my card but I got debited for the two transactions and the money has not been reversed. The first was 2,780 and the second was 11,360.

@JumiaNigeria My phone got stolen at the event and yesterday my package was not released because I didn't have the code sent to the stolen phone after I had earlier informed the delivery agent and had been communicating with him with another phone number.

@JumiaNigeria I ordered some things on Tuesday, 10\5\22, and I am yet to receive them despite being EXPRESS. I ordered them for an event I had last week Saturday and the smartwatch ordered was to enable me have access to my phone without bringing it out of my bag.
