Our first child, my wife struggled with lactating.

There's nothing we didn't try, I had to tell her not get her self worried. We spoke to our PD and he recommended baby formula for us.

This kind of statement coming from a woman that clearly understands that other women may struggle with exclusive breastfeeding is insensitive in my books.
