@O2 always making false promises ... 5 months later... numerous calls, emails, messages later and still no contact / explanation of why you've created accounts under my details without my consent. Leaving me with over 5k debt on my credit file. AVOID #o2

@Missives0fASub @O2 1000% I get free legal advice at work too so I'm currently going down this route & speaking with the FCA they've had months to sort it and quite frankly they don't care so I have no choice but to take ir further now. I'm in the process of trying to obtain a mortgage and I can't!

4 accounts were opened using my details & I've now been waiting since January for this to be cleared off my credit file and from my name

@O2 Can you confirm when I'll get the call I was promised on Sunday to receive in 2 working days.... from your FRAUD DEPT regarding the 4 accounts you created under my name without my consent leaving me with 4 debts of 1.7k each!!!!
