#TopChef S23 isn't one of my favorites, but it's still very watchable. An all-time great Final 3 saved it, and I'd have been happy with any winner. Seiger's spiciness, though? One for the ages.

I am only 14 years late to the phenomenon that's #TopChef. Started from the beginning, and I'm closing s3 soon. For me S1>S2>>>S3, Padma rocks, and also square aspect ratio on TV is so distracting to my 2020 eye 😂

#TopChef S22 was solid but middling. Kristen Kish brought a fresh, emotional style — different than Padma. Some gimmicks flopped, and Rest. Wars lacked spark. Great final trio and worthy winner.
