After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.

I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.

It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC.

May God bless America.

来週、ビルゲイツがダカールにやって来る。その流れで、先日投資を発表したセネガルの医療系テックのファウンダーが、来週ビルゲイツが主催するディナーに呼ばれたって、頑張れー！

でも、今の雇い主経由でセネガルレベルの途上国に住むのは、もう絶対これで最後。これ以下は私はもう無理。20代なら勢いで行けたかもしれんが、そこまでやるエネルギーも意味も見出せない。

セネガルに移住してから1年半経過。この間、街中で絡まれ命の危機感じ、家は豪雨で浸水し、泥棒に入られ50万円分くらい盗られ、路上でiPhoneひったくられ、現地の銀行がクソ過ぎて数ヶ月間勝手にお金引き落とされ。水や電気が時々止まるのはもちろん、クーラーや窓の修理が来るのは数週間待ち。

それでも、毎日ちゃんとご飯食べて、寝て、運動もして、仕事して成果出して、友達とソーシャルライフエンジョイしてる私は、本当に頑張ってる。
