Before rolling out further model improvements, could you please bring the usage limits back to normal?

Every SuperGrok subscriber pays more than GPT’s plans — $30 for the regular tier ($10 above GPT Plus) and $300 for Heavy ($100 more than GPT Pro 20x, their most expensive subscription) — yet we receive far less usable capacity and tighter limits since the July 1 changes. GPT consistently offers significantly more usage for the price.

Reliable access for paying users should come first.

Supergrok user here. I already hit the 100 percent limit just using the voice and text for few hours. The shared pool is ruining the experience . Voice and text( core companion features ) should not be capped like this. This feels like a downgrade after i paid. #xai #elonmusk

xAI’s response to the wave of Grok usage limit complaints has been truly inspiring: complete silence, paired with 21 new flagship voices in Grok Voice. Because when users say the limits are ruining the experience, the logical move is obviously to ship 21 new voices. Users feel extremely heard.

4/ Please revert to the old daily limits, communicate changes transparently, or at minimum add a sensible middle tier between standard SuperGrok and the $300 Heavy plan. A lot of dedicated users are getting fed up and considering cancellation.
Don't kneecap the best AI on the market. Fix this and keep the momentum going.

Warning: Exceeding Grok’s Weekly Limit Locks You Out of Everything

Many Grok users are still not fully aware of how the new weekly usage system really works.

Important warning:
Once you reach 100% of your weekly SuperGrok limit, access to the entire Grok is heavily restricted or completely blocked — not just image and video generation.

This includes:

• Normal text chats
• Voice / speech conversations
• All other Grok features

Because everything (Chat, Voice, Imagine) now draws from the same shared weekly pool, a single expensive video generation or a few too many images can push you over the limit. At that point, even simple text questions or talking to Grok via voice mode become impossible or severely throttled until the weekly reset.
This is especially painful for creative users who rely on Grok Imagine for films and images. One ambitious video attempt can suddenly cut off your entire workflow for the rest of the week.

Takeaway:

Always keep a close eye on your usage in Settings → Usage. Plan your Imagine sessions carefully, especially toward the end of the weekly cycle. The new system punishes heavy usage much harder than before.
Stay informed and use your quota wisely.
