Awful experience with @mediamarkt_nl and @DHLGlobal. My Black Friday MSI monitor was never delivered—DHL didn’t contact me and sent it back. DHL won’t retry. MediaMarkt says I only get a refund, no deal price. Support refused to escalate, send an email, or let me speak properly.
