Worst experience of @IndiGo6E . My child didn't get her luggage back yesterday during her trip to jorhat. She was traveling with my senior citizen parents.Indigo didn't give any initial compensation for her clothes & toiletries.Till now no news about the bag. Sheer harassment.

A child’s bag containing all essentials is missing despite proper check-in tagging.
