I went to the French restaurant today.
I ordered the course: Chicken liver paste, beef stew in red wine sauce and peach melba.
The beef cheek was soft, but I felt the umami of it.
I asked the chef about it, he said it was stewed for 3 hours. The point is not to stew too long.

Yesterday, I found the nice Japanese restaurant.
The food was delicious, and I spent the relaxing time.
The mixed rice has coconut milk and beans.
The lemon cake and coffee were delicious too😋

At Itarian restaurant
I ordered the fish mousse with shrimp.
It was sorrounded with zucchini slice.
The homemade mayonnaise gives good sourness to the dish, and the choopped onion has good texture.

This rest aurant is popular as delicious pizza.

The aioli sauce of the quiche is delicious 😆!
This is the first time to eat the chicken sausage, it was savory and tasty. I love it.

I ordered the dessert, the coconut parfe ice cream, pineapple sauce.
It was refreshing and the sweetness is good balanced.

I went to the hamburg steak restaurant today.
The Demi-glace sauce was delicious because it has bitterness and umami.
The green salad dressing is delicious too!
The dessert is the gateau chocolat verrine with the banana mousse and glacee.
