@RelianceDigital I bought a fridge from your Axis Mall Kolkata store on 11Oct. Next day a damaged fridge was delivered. I lodged a complaint. Till today the fridge hasn’t been replaced and installed. You took full money and I am waiting now for 4 days.

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares Your Retail Loan Dept should get an award for the slowest & most inefficient service. The branch in Trade Star, JB Nagar, Andheri took almost 2 hrs just to get a duplicate NOC for a vehicle loan. 4 counters but only 2 staff. Slow service at its best

@nykaafashion Order number NYK-14998762-8227031 was supposed to be delivered on 14th Oct. Still not delivered as of 19th Oct. Talking to your customer service everyday and all I am getting is a standard rehearsed script but no resolution and no delivery.
