Right now it trains depth in one lane, while ignoring how other systems connect.
So we end up with leaders who know one thing well, but try to solve problems across fields they barely understand. #mhrd

Our research ecosystem needs a reset.
Too much knowledge is locked inside departments, labs, even within the same team.
This slows innovation.
With due credit to every individual, an open-source academic and research framework is the only way forward.
