#JanaNayagan A Painful Farewell for Vijay!

Apart from a few elevation blocks and Anirudh’s score in places, nothing works here. H. Vinoth’s execution is very sloppy, and the changes he made, especially the subplots, feel completely outdated. Bobby Deol’s villain track is atrocious and laughable at times. VFX and production values are poor, editing is all over the place, the core emotional moments from the original are inserted without any proper flow, and the climax tests your patience to the max.

For thousands of years, a woman’s loyalty was crucial. If she sleeps with multiple men, no one knows who the father is. A kid without a committed father had way lower survival odds back then. That wiring doesn’t vanish just bcz we have modern cameras & “it’s just acting.”

If a man is with multiple women, we know who the father is, we know who the mother is hence it's different. Men & women have different reproductive risks & instincts shaped over millennia.

Pretending they’re identical leads to this brain-dead equivalence.
