@BettyFordDog@ROAccount1 I’m sorry to see this. I have had 2 dogs with hemangiosarcoma. One had surgery in January and was doing chemo infusions but didn’t tolerate the pills well so chemo stopped in July. She is still with me but has had bleeding episodes recently. Yunnan baiyao is a miracle.
@rexthetvterrier@dianeb1956 Pumpkin is great. Usually pretty fast reimbursement and they cover the exam fee when your pup is sick. It does get pricy but for me it paid off every year I had it for my German shepherd, from when she was 7 until now (has aggressive cancer and maxed out the plan).
@annsciart@keatingssixth Complained of pain around my thyroid, got an ultrasound that found many cysts (biggest one right where the pain was the worst), went to endocrinologist … he said there was no way they were causing pain.
@c2feathers@bunsenbernerbmd He’s gorgeous & I hope you have lots of time left with him. I lost 1 shepherd at 14 to brain cancer, 1 at 9 to hemangiosarcoma, & my 10.5-yo girl just had her spleen removed & we learned yesterday she also has h-sarcoma. GSDs are the best but it’s heartbreaking to lose them. ❤️
@clhubes@emilykmay Have you looked into a heat pump? I had one installed a few years ago for $5k, but I think there’s like a 30% tax credit now. Very efficient heat and AC; I’m shocked by how much it saves me in electricity in the summer.
@KellyJo62866384@bureaucatliu If you ever get an unreasonable bill like this, it is worth asking for an itemized bill, and if you think there’s any chance you might qualify, look up the hospital’s charity care policy. Based on income and family size, there might be a discount.
@KayeSteinsapir@BernieSanders 1) Bernie went on to endorse Clinton after DWS had to resign from the DNC after leaked emails showed they colluded against him in 2016. 2) I live in the same county as Bernie, where he just won 74% of the vote. You have no business telling OUR SENATOR to retire or shut up.
@arizonadawn74 @annaroseiovine Insurance covers ONE wellness visit per year. No one is abusing this by asking questions related to their … wellness. It’s unreasonable to expect us to make one appointment for a pelvic exam and another to ask about birth control.
@TonyaJoRiley@annaroseiovine I had an amoxicillin rash at my “free” annual physical (had an ear infection a week earlier). Doctor glanced at it and told me to keep taking the amoxicillin, and with that I suddenly owed a $40 copay. And the rash got so much worse.
@Lorica1111@carmella_nicole @AJpart2EW I just turned 40 and call myself a Xennial. I mentioned to a 34 year old that I was older than him and he said, what, by a month? When I said 6 years, he just stared at me in silence. 😂
@ciaraxmartin @reputaylorluvr Vermont has one Target and it is tiny and horrible, so I’ll often place large orders online for shipping. The last time I did this, they sent all 20+ items in individual boxes. I could feel the planet dying.
@realgirl_fieri I tried to get my nephew (4) to play “deadbeat kid” with me where we sit on the couch and do absolutely nothing but watch tv and it lasted 30 seconds.
@MegStEsprit@Lola_Scorp I think our brains do get full because I have 4 siblings but I can’t for the life of me remember the birthday of the youngest one.
