Problem isn't that I don't know how to cancel Prime. I've tried 5 times since May and it's still active. I've sent Amazon Executive Customer Relations screenshots 3 times. Please address my actual complaint instead of sending cancellation instructions again @AmazonHelp@AmazonUK

If you don’t like this, spend another 3 hours with the sales team via the link I sent. Don’t go to the doctor when sick; spend hours with Microsoft customer service instead. Of course, hundreds of attempts since Wednesday to pay aren’t even included in this 3-hour total!

When you have the flu, people are advised to rest. Microsoft, however, rewards you with a failed 3-hour customer service call, cancelling the subscription I was about to renew for ₺4,099.99, and then forcing me to subscribe again at a higher price.
