At Ayde Foundation, we're committed to raising the next generation of leaders and ensuring every child has access to quality education.

Every year, we sponsor 15 pupils at Gosa Primary School so financial constraints don't end their education.

But rescue is not enough. Hence, we call on government and community leaders to urgently invest in safer school environments across Oyo State and Nigeria.

Children must not become numbers in headlines. They are learners, leaders, and the future of this nation.

We are deeply relieved to hear that the children and teachers abducted from Oriire, Oyo State have been safely released.

Nostalgia!

Earlier today, I had the rare privilege of decorating the new set of prefects at Model Secondary School, Maitama.

This brought back good memories!

Exactly 20 years ago, I also got decorated as a prefect which heralded my leadership journey.

I summarily charged the new prefects on leadership and responsibility that comes with it.

I concluded by sharing my experience and the many life lessons learned as a public school student.
