Took some much needed time away from social media. While I wasn't completely gone, since it's part of my job. I consciously made the effort to step away, spend more time in the present moment, and reflect on life.
The last couple months have been filled with heartache, stress, and anxiety. It'll take some time for me to bounce back so to speak but it's time to put my head down and get to work.
The biggest lesson to take away from everything really is to let go of the things I can't control and focus on what I can. Which means sacrificing parts of my life that don't contribute to my well-being and being more dedicated to including things that have a positive impact on my life.
That being said, I'm going to continue to keep the majority of social media OFF my phone so that I don't get wrapped up in the endless scrolling that devours my time. Instead I'll be spending more time in the gym, honing my skills in photography and videography, studying the Word, and ensuring I still maintain a healthy work/life balance.
I'll still be around just need to be more intentional and avoid all the distractions ๐

Getting back to making content for myself has been fun. I challenge myself with this next chapter of content to just post and get out more and worry less about performance. All fun, no pressure.

@ItsAverageJo3 Exactly! They're out here wondering why I don't spend 10k a month ๐ญ
Sure if I'm in an absolute pinch where I need to drop a lot then I'm glad it's there to fall back on but never in a million years would I consider maxing out that card.
