Each of us is Soul, and we are here to learn lessons. One of the great lessons is to learn to love yourself. Until you can do that, you cannot learn to love someone else.

And until you can learn to love yourself and others, you cannot truly love God.

Loving ourselves is hard for many of us because we know ourselves so well. But it’s a necessary step, and we have to do the best we can.

Sometimes God speaks through the Sound, and It can be the sound of a musical instrument. It can be one instrument or a number of instruments playing together. It can be the sound of a storm. These are aspects of Soul: to see, to know, to be.
