I respect y'all as human beings but I don't have to agree with your belief system. And yes, it is a belief system as it is very controversial in the scientific community and it's not objectively true.

@V13Enby Sexual orientation and gender are very different things, you should know. But gender dysphoria hasn't really been documented that much, and I've seen lots of people believing they were trans and then regretting the transition. It's mental state and a belief, not objectivity.

@V13Enby Not abused and groomed, conditioned. If just entertaining the possibility triggers you so much, maybe there's something there. Still, I'll do some research and see what the science says about it, I wouldn't mind being convinced by real evidence that I'm wrong.

I believe that gender dysphoria is way more complex than "my gender and sex don't match up", and it's a sort of defence mechanism for trauma, anxiety and self-loathing, i'll do more research.

@V13Enby I simply believe gender dysphoria is something that happens in response to trauma and a way for the brain to interpret and internalise cognitive dissonances with how the world interprets gender. It's not a thing that happens in a void, nor a thing the brain does naturally.

@V13Enby You don't have to justify your existence to no one. You are what you are, and I'll use the pronouns you want me to use out of respect. But that doesn't mean I HAVE to get it or HAVE to agree with it.
