Blocking a customer for speaking up is the wrong approach. @molecule202 The customer provided every document within their control. Asking for their employer's PayPal business statement is like someone asking Cleva to release its confidential internal database

We hope Cleva chooses a fair resolution over blocking customers who are simply asking for access to their own money.

This customer has already provided every document that was reasonably within their control.
