Today make one week now that you people refuse to refund my money back after providing everything including the transaction ID and prove of transaction.I sent a DM since over five days now and nobody is currently showing concern.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my account status.
I recently received an email confirming that my account had been restored. However, when I attempted to make a withdrawal, I was met with a transaction limit restriction.
