That’s terrible. I hope the Nigerian immigration service do better. That’s a lot of money to forfeit. The worst part is that they do not even respond to any queries or complaints. I hope @fccpcnigeria can look into this.

I sent a refund request to Innovate1services on 12/12/24, no response till date. Dear Hon. Minister, please prevail on the @nigimmigration and #innovate1services to refund my hard-earned money through the same bank details I paid from, so we don't have to drag this further here.

My old passport due to expire in January 2025 was the reason why I applied for a contactless passport. I eventually applied for another passport in Nigeria in December 2025, and had to travel to Nigeria to get it renewed. Now that they failed us, can they please refund my money?
